Product Description
This is the horn of choice for soccer fans in the stadiums in South Africa. It kind of sounds like an elephant and is a great way to show your support for your on-field heroes.

5 out of 5 stars Vuvuzela   July 1, 2010

My vuvuzela contradicts many reviews that are here. Mine was not cut in half. Mine was collapsable. Mine was made with very sturdy plastic. Also, it sounds just like stated; very loud without that much power. It's an earsore just as promised and I love it. It is perfect.

5 out of 5 stars Great noise maker!   June 24, 2010

Got exactly what I expected!

Those who are saying it makes no noise are just clueless on how to use it. You put your lips together and and blow make a sound with your lips, the horn simply amplifies that sound by a great amount - [...]

It says right in the description that it is collapsible, which is good because you can fit it in a backpack or bag if needed and the performance isn't affected.

5 out of 5 stars Cheap and cheerful and Chinese   July 11, 2010
missusflux (Nashville, TN)
Make no mistake: there is nothing South African about this vuvuzela. It is made in China, but what else did you expect for under five bucks? The vuvuzela does collapse, which does not detract from the sound, but does aid portability and storage. My 3yo managed to play it very quickly, though I realize that may not be a positive in some households.

5 out of 5 stars Vuvuzela Delight   July 15, 2010
David W. Laplante
With the world soccer cup in progress, it was fun to have one of the "contraversial" vuvuzela horns. The price was right (less than $6.00) and it
gives a mellow, deep tone. It brought a lot of fun to a number of events.

5 out of 5 stars Plug the BP Oil Leak with a Vuvuzela today!!!   July 15, 2010
IhateVuvuzelasANDBP
The concept is simple: Solve TWO environmental disasters in one fell swoop. The Gulf Oil Spill of 2010 is a huge ecological threat to the environment. Vuvuzelas are a huge audial threat to all living beings. I personally have purchaed 30 and sent them to BP - Join this movement today! Junk Shot? Who needs to throw a bunch of golf balls at the hole when we can re-purpose the World Cup Vuvuzelas!

So we need to gather up all the vuvuzelas used during the 2010 World Cup in South Africa and shove them right down the gullet of that leaky well in the Gulf of the Mexico. Two problems solved.

Please purchase as many as you can afford and send it to this address:
